Homer compares himself to Warren Beatty in Shampoo. The movie is about the frenzy misadventures of a successful women's hairdresser (played by Warren Beatty) which has just happened to Homer, but also a joke since were the events were parodying Edward Scissorhands and not Shampoo.[1]
Many celebrities appeared in the opening scene of "Treehouse of Horror XXV" as a "guest star", including Warren Beatty.[2]
