Lovitz has a star on The Jewish Walk of Fame.[1]
Sara Sloane mentioned that Rainier Wolfcastle beat up Jon Lovitz when he was presenting her with an award. Wolfcastle then said that nobody misses a handshake that badly.[2]

When St. Peter told God that there were people who could come to Heaven that they weren't considering, God asked if he meant people who bring their dogs on planes and say they were therapy pets. Jon Lovitz then came along with his therapy dog and told God that he could hear them. He then told God that looking at him was like looking in a mirror, then said "NOT!". His therapy dog then peed on the floor.[3]
