Jay North is an actor who played Dennis the Menace.
History[edit]
He was seen at Greaser's Cafe where he told Bart about what he did in the show and how he stepped on Mr. Wilson's flowerbed in a two part episode of the show. Bart didn't seem too impressed about him being "America's Badboy".
