Cookie Kwan is a Springfield realtor, the "number one on the west side". She has a stereotypical Asian accent.

Biography[edit]

She is very aggressive towards anyone whom she deems a threat to her business, as she once warned Marge to "stay off the West Side!" and said to Gil "Were you talking about the West Side?", to which he responds "No, Cookie, I swear! I'm-I'm scared of you!"[1]

Cookie is friends with Rainier Wolfcastle, Duffman and Miss Springfield.[2]

History[edit]

Cookie went to Camp Land-A-Man with Marge, Patty and Selma (the Bouvier sisters), as well as childhood versions of Helen Lovejoy and Luann Van Houten, when they were all young girls. She had the same comically heavy accent. She was seen reading a book about how to lose an accent but evidently she never did. Marge had a date with Homer, but he wasn't present, so Marge left the camp. Cookie told everyone at the camp about it and spread a rumor that Marge was pregnant.[3]

Both Cookie and Lindsay Naegle often look for a man. She once tried to get Homer to move into her home.[4] She once had a relationship (like many other women) with Mayor Quimby, and they had a son, whom Quimby gave to one of his bodyguards. She later was one of the 37 woman filing paternity suits against Quimby.[5] She and Lindsey Naegle were seen with Rainier Wolfcastle in a hot tub.[6] She got together with Otto during "Grown-up Halloween".[7] Cookie slept with Professor Frink then introduced him to her cousin, Nookie Kwan.[8] She once had a conjugal visit with Kirk Van Houten.[9] Cookie has been seen with Akira.[10]

The only real estate deal she ever transacted with the Simpsons was when she rented Homer an apartment in Waverly Hills.[11]
