Betty Grable was an American movie and Broadway star. Her pin-up poster during World War II is one of the recognizable photographs in the world.

History

During a World War II air battle, Mr. Burns removed Grampa's pinup of Betty Grable and replaced it with a photo of Eleanor Roosevelt.[1]

When Springfield Retirement Castle was shut down and Grampa Simpson, Jasper and the old Jewish man stay in the Simpsons' basement and the redecorations include a Betty Grable poster hung on the wall.[2]

During World War II Grampa Simpson and Mr. Burns were stranded together on a deserted island in the Pacific Ocean. As time past Grampa's loneliness set in and he fantazies Mr. Burns' is Betty Grable.[3]
