Pharrell Williams, also known simply as Pharrell, is an American singer-songwriter, rapper, record producer, and fashion designer.
History[edit]
Pharrell Williams went to Springfield and suggested he would write the new town anthem. However, it was decided that Lisa would write it. He then began singing his song "Happy". The scene cut to him tied up on a bareback horse running in the sunset, yelling "Shelbyville rules! Springfield drools!"
