After Kirk Van Houten got trapped under the floor of the Naming Rights Still Available Arena for two days, he was given free tickets to a Violencia Gigante concert, which he gave to Milhouse for him and his friends. Milhouse invited Bart along while they were at the Museum of Anthropology. At the Museum, Bart and Milhouse broke a catapult and Bart ran away, leaving Milhouse getting all the blame. However, when Bart asked Marge if he could go to the concert, she refused to let him go after Lisa had her listen to one of their songs with translated lyrics. Bart then called Luann to ask her to convince Marge to let him go. However, Luann uninvited Bart from the concert and called Bart a bad friend who was beyond hope because he had let Milhouse take all the blame for breaking the catapult.
When Marge heard that Luann had said this to Bart, she was determined to get Bart better tickets to the concert. She had Homer constantly checking for tickets on ticket selling websites, including Seat Dweeb, Seat Predator, Stub Dork, Ticket Chump, and Venue Idiot. Eventually, Homer managed to get Front Row Club tickets to the concert and printed them off for Marge to take Bart, Nelson, Martin, and Lewis. However, when they got there their tickets weren't valid as they had to be presented on the app, not printed out. Marge and the kids broke into the arena, scaring the kids in the process. When Marge realized what she was doing and how scary she had become, she made up with Luann and let Milhouse go to the Front Row Club with Bart to see the concert.
