Mr. Bergstrom has a Copernicus costume.[1]

To save up the money to pay for Santa's Little Helper's operation, the Simpson family cuts corners. Lisa has to forgo the 4th edition of Encyclopedia Generica: Copernicus to Elephantiasis, coincidentally, she is assigned to do a report on Copernicus and realizes she does not have any reference books. Later Lisa will not play with Santa's Little Helper since she is mad at him as she is reading third-rate biography of Copernicus she found at the bus statioo.[2]

Mensa members booked the gazebo at the Springfield Park for a Renaissance reenactment, and Comic Book Guy was dressed as Copernicus.[3]
