Character Information

Alaska Nebraska is a famous pop singer and actress loved by children from Waverly Hills. She likes to meditate and smoke, and she lip syncs her conversations.
History
Bart once told everyone Lisa was Alaska's best friend, which made Lisa very popular. She tried to get tickets for her last concert, but Alaska denied her them when Lisa made it aware she didn't know that she has her own TV series. After lip syncing a conversation with her, she then had Lisa thrown out by security. When all girls learned Lisa lied, they all chase her around Waverly Hills.[1]
According to Alaska, she didn't fit in as a kid, up until she got a nose job and became famous. At the time, she was dating the starting point guard for the Los Angeles Clippers, but it is unknown if they still are together. She makes an off-hand remark about hating fans getting into her food, so it can be assumed that it is a recurring issue, likely in attempts to sneak into her concert or to meet her. As well, as she is able to lip sync her own conversations, it is likely that she also lip syncs most of her songs during concerts. Two known songs of hers are "Touch a Star" and "Make It Yours, the Star Song".
She is featured on a poster at Waverly Hills Elementary School promoting reading, which says "Alaska Nebraska says: Reading isn't just whatever". She also appeared on a poster at Springfield Elementary School against physical contact, which reads "Alaska Nebraska says: I took the no touching pledge."[2]
Behind the Laughter
She is voiced by Ellen Page, and is a parody of Miley Cyrus, who achieved wide fame for her role as Miley Stewart/Hannah Montana on the Disney Channel sitcom Hannah Montana.
