He is married to Welsh singer-songwriter Judith Owen who voiced herself in the season 13 episode "The Blunder Years".

Possible departure in Spring 2015[edit]

In May 2015, Harry Shearer told by twitter that he wouldn't be in the show anymore and that he hadn't signed the same deal as the rest of the cast had. Then, in July 7, he said he returned to the show and signed that deal.[1]
