- "Bart, Martin and the bullies are on the run for their lives when a wilderness weekend takes a chilling turn."
Nelson, Dolph and Bart are brought to Jebediah Hill by Willie in a van as they've been sentenced to complete "The Highland Trek for Troubled Truants" by the juvenile court, while Willie was sentenced by the adult court. Right after the bullies pick on Bart, Willie announces to them they'll be joined by another one, Martin, escorted there by his parents, and invite them to find the greatest of all treasures.
Willie leaves them to do his job as Birthday Dog and they start the trek to Trickly River. Bart explains he got sent there for using laundry pods on the local fountain, Dolph has stolen a heat lamp, and Nelson has stolen coins from the Love Tester at Moe's, while Martin chose to be there.
Meanwhile at home, Homer and Marge start making plans for their weekend alone, but get interrupted by Lisa, wanting to act like an only child for it, having sent Maggie to the care of Patty and Selma, and wanting to be called Jules.
The boys continue their trek mocking Skinner, when they find a baby goat in a cage and invite it to join them, calling it Axel, with Nelson thinking the "Greatest Of All Treasure" Willie was talking about was the goat. After a while, and more picking on Martin, they're reached by some people that asks for their sacrificial goat back and they start running, managing to get away.
They arrive at a canoe on the river, but Axel is scared to get on board so they divide in two groups: Bart, Martin and Axel on foot, and Nelson and Dolph on the canoe. At home, they're playing Suffragette Monopoly, and Lisa starts hurrying them when she notices they're behind schedule, threatening them to see an angry side of her they've never seen.
Nelson and Dolph start having trouble with the canoe, and reach land and a fancy air bnb, while Bart, Martin and Axel are being drenched by the rain, and Bart gets angry at Martin's babbling and tells him they'll never be friends and he's with him just for Axel. At home, Lisa starts eating too much ice cream and when she asks Homer for piggyback, she vomits and they drag her upstairs to rest.
At the Airbnb they get reached by the cultists and once they reveal they don't have the goat they get trapped in the basement. At the camp fire, Martin reveals all the problems he's having, since being the smart one isn't easy for him., and revealing he was sentenced too for stealing focus-enhancing drugs from a pharmacy, and accuses Bart of being a follower instead of a bully, and Axel decides to go with Martin.
The next morning, Bart wakes up to Axel waking him, but in reality he finds out it was snails and he's alone, while the cultists ask Nelson and Dolph one last time where the goat is and when tell them they don't know they tell them to prepare to die.
At home, Lisa wakes up in the middle of Homer and Marge, finally content. After running around a forest, Bart finds a trail of Axel's poop he can follow and reaches Martin, admitting he was right, just before seeing Nelson and Dolph becoming the sacrifice. They try to save them only to find that the cultists are just student film makers, making a movie and that they ruined it.
Madison gets angry and start bashing the structure and the blades start cutting close to the bullies heads, so Martin finds a way with waltzer to free them. They get saved and when Madison finishes the recording, Axel eats her phone, destroying it. In the end by saving them the bullies accept Martin as a badass, just as they reach the Ankle Rock.
Willie is waiting for them there telling them the treasure was the whole journey all along. They start kicking his van as Martin's parents arrive, and he refuses to go with them, riding with the bad kids in the van. AT home, life returns back to normal, while Lisa enjoys the pictures of the only child memories.
