"Werking Mom" is the seventh episode of broadcast season 30 of The Simpsons and the six hundred forty-sixth episode overall. It originally aired on November 18, 2018. The episode was written by Carolyn Omine and Robin Sayers and directed by Michael Polcino. It guest stars Sutan Amrull as himself/Raja, RuPaul as Queen Chante, and Scott Thompson as Grady Little.
The episode was dedicated in memory of Stan Lee, who died on November 12, and on the July 28, 2019 rerun to Russi Taylor, who died two days before the rerun.

Synopsis[edit]
- When Marge wants to do something with her life, she becomes a Tubberware salesperson. After getting a makeover from Julio to help sales, Marge is mistaken for a drag queen and gets to meet other drag queens. Meanwhile, Lisa tries to make the world better by secretly helping people.
Plot[edit]
At the Elementary School, after grabbing lunch from Lunchlady Dora, Lisa searches for a place to sit, but finding nowhere fitting, she sits at an empty table. A piece of her lunch falls and hits a panel in the wall near the floor, revealing a box full of items belonging to a J. Beardley, which she realizes is Jasper Beardley.
Meanwhile, at home, Homer finds out Marge is becoming a Tubberware salesperson, but he fails to convince anyone to host a party at any of the houses she tries.
Lisa finds great joy in anonymously returning Jasper's old box.
At Curl Up and Dye, while doing Marge's hair, Julio offers to host a Tubberware party to help her sell to his friends. Before the party, Julio sees that Marge lacks self-confidence. He gives her a makeover to boost her confidence. The party is a huge success, largely because the guests believe Marge is a drag queen. After the party, Julio reveals this to Marge and tells her about his own drag queen alter ego, Penelope Cruising.
Lisa begins secretly helping people, like Luann, Kirk, and Gil, with Bart's help. They try to make Agnes believe in Skinner again by planting a fake diary in their house filled with kind words about her, supposedly written by him. Later, Julio takes Marge to Draggle Rock, a drag club, where she meets several drag queens, including Queen Chante. Marge is inspired and embraces her own alter ego.
Agnes discovers Lisa's plan when she realizes the diary is fake, crushing Lisa's dreams.
At Moe's Tavern, Moe gives Homer the address of Marge's latest party. When Homer arrives, he bursts in and, during a rant, reveals Marge's true identity as a woman. No longer finding her interesting, the guests leave.
When all hope seems lost for Lisa, Kirk, Luann, Skinner, Gil, Agnes, and Jasper invite her to the school roof, where they thank her for what she did, finally giving her a place to eat.
In the end, to win Marge back, Homer becomes a drag queen himself—even wearing the costume to go to the tavern.
