Harry Julius Shearer (born December 23, 1943) is an American actor, comedian, writer, musician, radio host, director and producer. He voices many characters, including Kent Brockman, Mr. Burns, Ned Flanders, Julius Hibbert (until 2021), Kang, Lenny Leonard, Timothy Lovejoy, Jr., Otto Mann, Seymour Skinner, Waylon Smithers and Rainier Wolfcastle. He is married to Welsh singer-songwriter Judith Owen who voiced herself in the season 13 episode "The Blunder Years".

Possible departure in Spring 2015[edit]

In May 2015, Harry Shearer told by twitter that he wouldn't be in the show anymore and that he hadn't signed the same deal as the rest of the cast had. Then, in July 7, he said he returned to the show and signed that deal.[1]
