Kaiser Wilhelm II was the last German emperor (kaiser) and Commander-in-Chief of the German armed forces in World War I.
History[edit]
His reanimated corpse arose from his grave in Springfield Cemetery and supported Billy the Kid as they terrorized Springfield.[1]
Mr. Burns lists Kaiser Wilhelm as one of the authority figures whom he likes to portray in costume.[2]
