Grady Little is one of two gay men that Homer moves in with. The other is Julio Franco, Grady's boyfriend.

History

The Simpsons finished a jigsaw puzzle and found it was missing a piece. Homer thought that the piece was in Marge's memory chest, so looked in it for the piece. Instead, he found a note saying that Marge had wanted to dump him before they got married. Heartbroken and upset, Homer moved out and went looking for another place to live. He eventually moved into Grady's and Julio's apartment in Springfield's Gay Neighborhood. Grady and Julio were a gay couple who needed a third person in their apartment as they had just had a roommate move out. They got along well with Homer, so the trio became roommates. As time went by, Grady developed feelings for Homer, eventually kissing him. Homer, however, had found out that Marge really loved him after all and moved back into his house again, leaving Grady and Julio behind. As Homer left, he ran away saying to Grady, "I'll only hurt you!"[1]

Grady attended a party at the Simpson house to find Waylon Smithers a boyfriend.[2]

Grady attended a tupperware party at Julio's apartment that Marge set up. He, along with the other guests, thought Marge was a drag queen. He was later present when Marge went to apologixe to the drag queens for deceiving them. Queen Chante told Marge that they all knew she was really a woman. Grady then told Marge that he didn't know, but that's because he's always so self-involved.[3]

Relationships

Julio

Grady and Julio were a couple when Homer moved in with them,[1] but they apparently broke up some time after that as Julio was seen getting married to Thad.[4] Julio and Thad apparently broke up later,[5] and later still, Grady and Julio got back together.[6]

Homer

Grady is implied to have feelings for Homer after kissing him. However, Homer didn't return those feelings and ended up running back to Marge.[1]

Duffman

Homer made Grady break up with Julio so he could date Duffman instead.[7]

Dewey Largo

At some point he got married to Dewey Largo.[2] However, Mr. Largo started a relationship with Geoffrey, implying they got divorced.[8]
