Kaiser Wilhelm II was a German emperor. His grave is in Springfield Cemetery.

History

He supported Billy the Kid, when he terrorized Springfield.[1]

Mr. Burns lists Kaiser Wilhelm as one of the authority figures whom he likes to portray in costume.[2]
