Mr. Sparkle (ミスタースパーコル Misutasupakoru), known in Japanese as Misutā Supākoru, is a Japanese dishwashing detergent mascot who bears a strong resemblance to Homer.

History[edit]
Homer thought that the company was using his likeness without his permission so after Akira translated for him that he was made in the "sacred forests" of Hokkaido and called the soap factory. A video from Mr. Sparkle's manufacturers explained it came from combining a cartoon fish and lightbulb. To sum up the explanation provided by the video, Bart says to Homer, "There's your answer, fishbulb."[1]
A Mr. Sparkle Garden Hose Toy was sold in Cockamamie's.[2]
