Groucho Marx was an American comedian, best known as one of the The Marx Brothers.
History[edit]
Diego Rivera met the Marx Brothers and brought them home with him. Chico told his brothers that they had to get their story straight about the Zeppo and that it was an accident. The three brothers then left the apartment.[1]
When Dick Cavett and Homer (as Krusty) talked Dick said that Homer's churlish attitude reminded him of a time he was having dinner with Groucho. An angry Homer then threatened Dick, saying he'll be having dinner with Groucho tonight if he doesn't beat it.[2]
Groucho appears in Bart's dream, along with Harpo Marx and Chico Marx.[3]
Groucho was dancing at the Irving Berlin Orchestra in Jewish Heaven.[4]
Martin Prince paraphrased Groucho Marx when he said "You wouldn't want to belong to any club that would have me for a member!"[5]
