Franz Schubert was an Austrian composer.

History[edit]

The Springfield Elementary School Band had a concert, and Principal Skinner told the audience that they will now listen to Sherbert, before he stopped and corrected himself with Schubert's "Unfinished Symphony". Homer was happy because he hoped it would be short because it was unfinished.[1]

After the Simpson family discovered that a piece was missing in their jigsaw-puzzle said Lisa that it's like listening to Schubert's "Unfinished Symphony".[2]
