Louis Armstrong was a musician from New Orleans.

History[edit]

When Lisa had lost her confidence as a jazz musician, she and Homer came across a statue of Louis Armstrong, who was Lisa's hero. Homer left Lisa to look at the statue and Lisa wished the statue could talk. The statue them came to life and Louis Armstrong told Lisa that he was waiting for someone to make that wish. He then told Lisa to keep searching and that she could find anything she wanted in New Orleans. Lisa then asked him what life was like in Heaven. His last advice to Lisa was "your father knows best." Louis Armstrong then offered to sing anything but "It's a Wonderful World" to them, which Homer then requests.
