Nana Sophie Mussolini is Milhouse's grandmother.
History
She is Italian from Tuscany and hates the English language, because during World War II an American G.I. left her pregnant with Milhouse's uncle Bastardo. Milhouse would spend two weeks every summer with Nana Sophie in Tuscany where whe used to whip Milhouse whenever he spoke English instead of Italian. This is why Milhouse was fluent in Italian and able to teach it to Lisa.[1]
In a story told by Lisa, "Nana" was on Milhouse's revenge list.[2]
She was in Shelbyville when she gave birth to Milhouse's mother.[3]
Milhouse told Bart his "grammy" lives in Omaha which might be her although may also be Milhouse's paternal grandmother or his paternal grandfather's new wife.[4]
