Luann's sister is the sister of Luann Van Houten and the half-sister of Bastardo. Her mother is Tuscan Nana Sophie Mussolini and her father was an unnamed man who was able to give her ex-brother-in-law Kirk Van Houten a job as manager of a cracker factory in Springfield.

History

She lent Luann money because of how bad Kirk was at his job as manager at the cracker factory, which their father gave him. Luann brought it up in her fight with Kirk right before she asked him for a divorce.
