Neil is one of the two people who work for Powersauce, along with his partner, Brad.

History

They go to the All Night Gym to ask Rainier Wolfcastle to climb The Murderhorn as an advertising campaign for Powersauce. When Wolfcastle says no, Bart says that Homer will do it and he accepts.

He, and Brad, also hosted the Powersauce Newsbreak.[1]

He attended Trent Steele's garden party.[2]
