Jimmy the Scumbag is a small-time crook in Springfield.
Biography[edit]
Jimmy is a registered sex offender, once arrested by Chief Wiggum for using the AT-5000 Auto-dialer illegally telemarketing. He was one of a handful of criminals who were fooled by the police department's free boat give-away scam, along with Snake and Homer. Despite his criminal deeds, he starred in a commercial for Grandma Plopwell's Pudding.[1]
He assisted Snake Jailbird in a bank robbery.[2]
He was seen in slums in Brazil.[3]
He later returned to America and was seen among the "gun nuts" when Krusty was made a congressman.[4]
He attended the memorial service when Moe's Tavern was closed down by the health inspector.[5]
