Larry Fine is one of The Three Stooges.

History

He was seen in an episode of The Three Stooges entitled "Brittle Boneheads". Larry tells Moe to take it easy as Curly doesn't have health insurance. Moe then slaps him on his paralyzed side before slapping him again on his good side. He then says that he needs a quarter for the bus.[1]
