Milford A. Alexander is a justice of the peace at Shotgun Pete's 24-Hour Wedding Chapel. He has an assistant named Doris Troy.
History
10 years earlier he was the officiant of Homer and Marge's wedding and he also married Cletus and Aline right before. He speeds through ceremonies without even learning the names of the couple he marries.[1]
