Amber Simpson was Homer's former "Vegas wife".

History

Homer and Ned Flanders went to Las Vegas for the weekend and got drunk, and met two waitresses. That night, they married those women.^[1] Later, the Simpson family trick Amber into marrying Grampa, and in doing so she forsakes all others.^[2] She may have also been a waitress at Caesar's Pow-Wow Casino as the Tribal Chief was seen at her funeral.^[3]

Death

Amber died when she overdosed in front of a sign that said "Don't stand up" on the rollercoaster in a theme park.^[3]
