Ramrod was a biker and a member of the Hell's Satans.

History

He and Meathook, trashed the Simpsons house and kidnapped Marge. Marge thought that he found her sexually attractive, although he denied this.

He was seen with the rest of the Hell's Satans among the crowd at the Green Day concert.

Ramrod is once seen working at Cora's Diner.

He was also seen in Spiro's after it turned into a biker's bar.
