The sandwich delivery guy is a man who delivers sandwiches.
History
When Lisa was babysitting Bart, Bart ordered a giant sub, swimming in vinegar. The delivery man brings it, with help from a couple of other people as it is so big, and told Lisa that it cost $225 and a tip. Lisa shouted at him and everyone else Bart had called up and told them that they weren't wanted.
