Mesmerino is a hypnotist who works at a restaurant in Springfield.
History
He hypnotized Homer Simpson into thinking he was a 12-year-old boy and then he recalled a memory of him finding a dead body, making him scream. He was also part of the mob attacking Homer for dooming Springfield.[1]
