Johnny is a Canadian war veteran. He is a friend of Grampa's. He describes himself as an American-hating Canadian.

History

Johnny helps Homer Simpson and Grampa to obtain free prescription drugs by giving them fake Canadian health cards. He later helps them and Mr. Burns by loading boxes of drugs onto The Plywood Pelican, an airplane owned by Mr. Burns.

Behind the Laughter

Simpsons World The Ultimate Episode Guide: Seasons 1-20 has two different spellings of his name. "Midnight Rx"'s page calls him "Johnny" while the voice actor guide lists him as "Johnnie".
