Nat Gladness was a potential renter for 742 Evergreen Terrace when the Simpsons were kicked out.
History
Nat and Nancy Gladness came to 742 Evergreen Terrace looking for a place to rent when their dog brought Ned a photo of him and the Simpsons family. Remembering how much he loved the Simpsons, Ned told Nat and Nancy that they couldn't rent as he cared about the Simpsons. Nat said that they'll sue and Ned thought that the papers would be a great way to stay in touch.
Personality
The Gladnesses were described as the perfect neighbors, they have excellent credit, are Christian but not Baptist and only have sex for procreation. They are cheery, even when annoyed.
