Fritz is one of the German businessmen that took over Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, along with Hans and Horst.

He sold the power plant back to Mr. Burns after realizing how costly and dangerous it was to maintain it.[1]

He and Hans were later seen at the Center for Geriatric Medicine when Matlock made a guest appearance, implying the two now work there.[2]
