The farmer is a man who owns a farm. He bears a striking resemblance to the Can Owner from Marge on the Lam.
History
He saw two pigs, Teresa and Steve run past, then noticed that the barn door was open. He grabbed a pitchfork strapped to a shotgun and went to check it out. After not finding anything in the barn, he goes to check his media room.
