Otto von Bismarck was a German statesman.
History
When Herman helped Bart deal with Nelson he used a declaration of war from the Franco-Prussian War and just changed Otto von Bismarck to Bart Simpson.[1]
After Gladys Gurney died she gave Marge her collection of potato chips that resembled celebrities, one of them was Otto von Bismarck.[2]
He is one of the many people on "Ned's List of Laudable Lefties".[3]
