History
When Herman helped Bart with Nelson he used a declaration of war from Franco-Prussian War and just changed Otto von Bismarck to Bart Simpson.[1]
After Gladys Gurney died she gave Marge her collection of potato chips that resemble celebrities, one of them was Otto von Bismarck.[2]
