Dave is an announcer for the Robot Rumble TV show, alongside Steve.
History
He served as an announcer for the Robot Rumble when Bart entered the competition with Chief Knock-A-Homer. When Knock-A-Homer started fighting with Buzzkill, the announcer said that there was no love lost between the emotionless devices. When his co-announcer said that Knock-A-Homer was killing Buzzkill "softly with his saw", he seemed annoyed by that.
After the title match between Chief Knock-A-Homer and Killhammad Aieee, his co-announcer asked him to show him where in the rules it said a human couldn't be a robot, to which he pointed out it was rule 1.
Behind the Laughter
His name was revealed during the Rise of the Robots event for The Simpsons: Tapped Out.
