Tom O'Flanagan is the bartender and owner of O'Flanagan's Pub in Ireland.

History

Tom's pub was originally a great success, but after Ireland became more modern, people stopped going to his pub. Eventually Homer and Abe Simpson visited the pub and bought it from him when they were drunk. Tom was happy to sell his pub, since all he had done since his business had declined was watch old videos of horse races.
