William Howard Taft was the 27th President of the United States, serving from 1909-1913. He holds the historical distinction of being the only person to have served both as President and as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
History
Mr. Burns' mother once had an affair with President Taft, for which he never forgave her.[1]
When the kids took over Springfield Elementary, Milhouse thought he'd draw a moustache on a picture of him, only to find he already had one.[2]
A picture of him was seen in a book that Superintendent Chalmers showed Bart, before Bart developed an interest in Theodore Roosevelt.[3]
