Chester Alan Arthur was the 21st President of the United States, serving from 1881-1885.
History
He was portrayed by a student in Springfield Elementary's Presidents Day play. In the play, John Wilkes Booth (Bart Simpson) started to chase him after he killed Abraham Lincoln.[1]
A picture of him was seen in a book that Superintendent Chalmers showed Bart, before Bart developed an interest in Theodore Roosevelt.[2]
