Homer had a dream that he was building a casket inside Westminster Abbey where he meets Geoffrey Chaucer which told him he doing right to do all Bart's work for him and it's the best thing for the boy. Anne of Cleves came then and said at that's terrible advice and what he does for his son, he'll never learn to do for himself. Oscar Wilde came then and starting to annoying Homer. When Bart told the truth at the building contest he said to Homer at Oscar Wilde also came to his dream.

Raphael mentions a saying by Oscar Wilde which is "Some cause happiness wherever they go, others whenever they go" when Skinner's car is totaled and ends up at the Auto Shop.
