Dr. Nussbaum was a psychiatrist who works at Complex Medical Care.
History
Mr. Burns went to visit him about his anger issues, and had been seeing him for 70 years. He told Burns that he was never going to change and didn't want to see him any more, and Burns left. After he left, Dr. Nussbaum fell over and died. Burns felt like he was a true friend.
Mr. Burns then paid for his funeral but outraged everyone by taking up the entire tombstone with his face and "Paid by Mr. Burns" written on it.
The Simpson family also visited him about their communication problems.
