History

Big Alberto was part of the Calabresi crime family which rivaled the Springfield Mafia. They put Tony in the hospital leaving his son Michael to exact revenge.

In a film going over the life of Eleanor Abernathy he was seen on trial when Abernathy was a successful doctor and lawyer.

Death

Big Alberto and the family died after Michael cooked them poisoned spaghetti bologna.
