When Milhouse was in love with Samantha, Bart traded his picture of Homer on the couch with Milhouse's card of Mickey Mantle from 1958.[1]
After Marge cheated in a baking contest she said to Lisa that she can be a winner with feet of clay like Mickey Mantle, and everyone loves the Mick. Lisa told her then that she doesn't want Mickey Mantle, she wants her mom.[2]
After Homer woke up in a bed in Costington's he did a endorsement for the bed, which The Rich Texan told him was the best endorsement he had heard since Mickey Mantle endorsed Maypo, and he bought five mattresses.[3]
