Character Information
|
Pablo Picasso was a Spanish painter and sculptor.
History[edit]
When Homer and Marge were at the Springsonian Museum Marge told Homer about Picasso she said that he started out painting realistically, then moved on to cubism. By the end of his life, he was just painting crank letters to the editor. They call it his angry jerk period. Homer later dreamed that Picasso's three musicians shot him with machine guns.[1]
When the Simpsons had a house fire, an agent from Total Disaster Insurance visited, evidently to process their insurance claim. The agent asked, "Any valuables in the house?" Homer then started naming things, bald-facedly lying as he said as he had a Picasso.[2]
At one point in his life, Mr. Burns met Picasso and drew a picture of him.[3]
Michael de Graaf had pants partially made of shredded Picasso paintings.[4]
He is one of the many people on "Ned's List of Laudable Lefties".[5]
When Ralph mentioned how he didn't remember even doing it, Astrid Weller replied with "I'm sure Picasso doesn't remember everything from his blue period either."[6]
