Pepe Bouvier was the son of Antoine Bouvier and Françoise Billout and Clancy's father. He was married to Bambi Petitbois and had 4 children: Clancy, Charlene, Jonah "Jojo" and Chester. He was a chain smoker. According to Marge's grandma, the song "Brandy" was inspired by his life. He once shipped out with the Merchant Marines.
