Franklin Jefferson Burns is the great grandfather of Charles Montgomery Burns. Mr. Burns has a statue of him that was seen when he was giving Homer a tour of his mansion.
Behind the Laughter[edit]
- Franklin is said to be Mr. Burns' great grandfather. This, however, contradicts with "C. Montgomery Burns' Handbook of World Domination", where his great grandfather is said to be Bensonhurst Burns.
