The blond-haired boy with glasses is a boy in Bart's class.

History[edit]

He was part of the "Future Photographers of America" at Springfield Elementary, and had asked Bart for a copy of the photo showing Homer dancing with Princess Kashmir.[1] He was a member of the Junior Campers.[2]
