Toby is a smart kid at Springfield Elementary School.

History

When Myles and Toby saw Lisa proving Miss Hoover wrong, Myles handed Toby a message saying "She's one of us." Later, Myles and Toby helped Lisa escape from the bullies when they were trying to attack her for being smart. They led Lisa to an abandoned sports shed where The League of Extraordinary Geniuses was located. Myles and Toby told Lisa that they pretended not to be smart so that they wouldn't get bullied, while doing educational activities in secret. Toby didn't wear her glasses in public, despite needing them, to keep suspicion off her. Myles and Toby then invited Lisa to join them.

When Lisa decided that she didn't want to hide being smart, she stood up in the cafeteria and said "I'm smartacus". Myles and Toby both joined Lisa in doing so as well.
