Milton Haas, nicknamed "Ox" and also "Oxford", was a soldier in the United States Army in Europe during World War Two. He was a member of the Flying Hellfish unit, along with Abraham Simpson, C. Montgomery Burns, Iggy Wiggum, Arnie Gumble, Sheldon Skinner, Griff McDonald, Etch Westgrin and Asa Phelps.

Towards the end of the war, the Flying Hellfish stormed a German castle, from which Private Burns stole a collection of paintings.
